General information
※ For international abstract submitters and presenters, AACA 2022 provides free registration.
Once the abstract is submitted, the free registration code will be automatically applied at the registration page before payment.
(If the abstract is requested for withdrawal, free registration for both submitter and presenter will be canceled.)
  • AACA 2022 welcomes all scientific papers that have never been published in indexed journals.
  • All papers should be submitted through online submission system.

  • The corresponding author must complete and submit a disclosure form for potential conflict of interest. A conflict of interest may exist when an author (or author's institution or employer) has financial or personal relationships or affiliations that could influence (or bias) the author's decisions, work, or abstract. The ICMJE Uniform Disclosure Form for Potential Conflict of Interest (www.icmje.org/conflicts-of-interest/) will be used. Your submission will not be considered final until disclosure information is complete.

  • The corresponding author must confirm that the submitted research was approved by the author's affiliated institution's institutional review board (IRB). Abstracts that involve human studies must confirm that informed consent was obtained from each subject and/or legal guardian, or that waiver of consent was granted by the IRB.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to withdraw an abstract at any time

Abstract revision
Once an abstract submitted successfully, you can check the status to be “submitted” at My page.
The submitted abstracts can be revised freely until Jul 01(Fri), 2022, at My Page.
Abstract presenter change
Abstract presenter can be changed freely until Jul 01(Fri), 2022. (My Page > Abstract submission > Modify)
After Jul 01(Fri), 2022, send “Presenter Change Request ” to secretariat@aaca2022.org.

Abstract withdrawal
Abstract withdrawal will be possible ONLY with the informed document from the abstract submitter via e-mail.
Please fill in “Withdrawal Request” and send it to secretariat@aaca2022.org by e-mail until Jul 01(Fri), 2022.
Once the withdrawal request is accepted, cancellation of the withdrawal is NOT possible. After Jul 01(Fri), 2022,
the abstract withdrawal would NOT be possible.

AACA 2022 will offer submission grant to eligible international presenters who submitted their abstract by Jul 01(Fri), 2022. For more information, please click here.

AACA 2022 will present the best abstract awards during the congress. For more information, please click here.
